Flower essences are vibrational remedies that bring harmony to the energy field. They instill a sense of peace and clarity by dissolving emotional and mental blockages. There are 38 remedies in total and they were traditionally developed by a homeopath and physician named Edward Bach.
I work with a specialized resonance testing device that tests your resonance with certain Flower Remedies and/ or Gem Elixers to see which ones are most relevant for you. Flower remedies are powerful tools to help you balance your energy field and bring harmony to any energetic dissonances.
Flower essence recommendations are available as an upgrade to ‘Simply You’ sessions to provide additional support between sessions. Flower and/ or Gem resonance testing can be added to a ‘Simply You’ session, and it can also be carried out at a separate interval in support of the main session. This is done via Zoom
