25 Sep CHAKRA RESET WITH HO’OPONOPONO MANTRA
Chakras become unbalanced when we begin to make choices and form habits that don’t serve our higher purpose. This interferes with our magnetism and we can start to attract situations that throw us even more out of balance. To break free of this cycle, we must initially make peace with ourselves.
To transmute any negative patterns or programs we have chosen to carry, we must move into a state of receiving. The Ho’oponopono mantra is a highly effective way to do this. The four phrases are:
‘I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.’
Ho’oponopono is the ancient Hawaiian art of forgiveness. With Ho’oponopono we take full responsibility for our experience and for whatever comes into our consciousness. From this point we become empowered and able to make a deep a change.
This is incredibly simple, but one of the most powerful tools I have discovered for self healing. By taking full responsibility for any blockages that may exist in your energy system you are able to transmute them so your energy system can flow freely again.
To use this mantra to reset the chakras, spend a few minutes focusing on the physical location of each chakra, starting with the Root Chakra and moving upwards. Recite the mantra 5 times in each area or until you feel a shift.
Major Chakra Focus Points
The ROOT CHAKRA’s colour is red and it is located at the base of the spine. It is associated with our basic needs, our survival instinct and is where we connect to the energy of mother earth.
The SACRAL CHAKRA’s colour is orange and it is located in the lower abdomen. It is associated with our sexuality, the ability to go with the flow in life and our emotions.
The SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA’s colour is yellow and it is located just below the ribcage, above the belly button. It is our control centre and it is associated with mental activity, joy, play and intellectual learning.
The HEART CHARKA’s colour is green and it is located in the centre of the chest. This is our relationship centre and it is associated with ability to love unconditionally.
The THROAT CHAKRA’s colour is blue and it is located at the base of the neck. This centre covers our communication and the nature of our resonance with the world.
The BROW CHAKRA’s colour is violet and it is located in the middle of the forehead. It is associated with psychic activity, and it is also where we are able to get a ‘birds eye view’ of our situation or where we can see where we are going in life.
The CROWN CHAKRA’s colour is white and it is located at the top of the head. This is where we connect to universal source energy.
